3. Submission Process
Submissions must be made using the on-line Entry Form.
A separate entry form and additional entry fee is required for each film submitted.
You may enter as many films as you wish.
Preview screeners can be uploaded as a digital file once your registration details have been completed.
It is up the submitter to ensure that files are readable and undamaged.
If the original language of any dialogue or text featured in the film is not English, the preview and screening copy must be subtitled in English.

4. Eligibility
Submissions are open to all genres and subject matter. Fiction and Non-Fiction.
Short films must be less than 35 minutes (including credits). There is no maximum length for films over 35 minutes. Experimental films and animation can be of any duration.
Films must have been produced after 1 May 2013.
Films do not require any premiere status.
5. Programme
Notification of acceptance will be provided by 30 April.
All films selected will be made available for viewing.
The final programme is the responsibility of the Festival team. All programming selections are at the discretion of the Festival and the decision is final.
6. Press and Publicity
Film clips or stills may be used for promotional purposes. This includes print material, Festival trailer, press and TV coverage.
7. Warranties
The primary contact completing the submission process must be authorised to submit the film for consideration including permission from a distributor or sales agent representing the film and must have obtained necessary permissions for the inclusion of copyrighted music and/or images within the films.
With this submission, the applicant confirms that they possess all rights necessary for the screening of the submitted film at this festival.
8. Festival Screening & Delivery of Materials
If your film is selected for the programme you will be informed of the venue, time and date, and what screening formats are available.
You will also be provided with details for delivery of publicity, and production details.
Please ensure all details, descriptions and information is as accurate as possible at time of submission.
There are no fees for participating in the Festival. Participants are not entitled to claim rental or other fees for the screenings of their films at the Festival.
9. Registration and Data Protection
When you submit your film you will be asked to provide contact information and film details. These details will only be used by the Festival and never given to, or shared with, a third party.
10. Entry Fees
Submission to the festival is only considered complete upon receipt of the appropriate Entry Fee.
Films submitted without the appropriate Entry Fee will not be considered.
The Entry Fee covers the cost of administration and the reviewing of each film.
If you wish to make a multiple submission we can offer reduced rates.
Discounts and waivers must be sought before the films have been submitted.
Waivers can only be applied in the case of clear and genuine hardship.
Fees: Feature Length (35 minutes +) £20; Short Films (under 35 minutes) £12
11. Submissions Agreement
Completion of the on-line Entry Form and payment assumes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of disagreement concerning the interpretation of the regulations, the interpretation of the Festival will take precedence.
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the submission being disqualified.
