Conditions of Entry

3. Submission Process
Submissions must be made using the on-line Entry Form.
A separate entry form and additional entry fee is required for each Work submitted.
You may enter as many Works as you wish.
Please ensure all details, descriptions and information is as accurate as possible at time of submission.
Material can be uploaded as a Word document once your registration details have been completed.

4. Eligibility
All entries must be in English.
Poems are not eligible if they have previously been published
Short Dramas are eligible even if they have previously been performed or staged.
5. Programme
Notification of acceptance will be provided by 30 April.
All Work selected will be published.
The final programme is the responsibility of the Festival team. All programming selections are at
the discretion of the Festival and the decision is final.
6. Press and Publicity
Short excerpts and/or author photos may be used for promotional purposes. This includes print material, Festival trailer, press and TV coverage.
7. Warranties
The Entrant confirms and warrants that the work is original and their own work.
The person submitting the material declares that he/she is entitled by the owner of the rights of the work to undertake such submission and that the owner of the rights agrees to the Festival regulations.
8. Festival Publication & Delivery of Materials
If your Work(s) is selected for the programme you will be informed of how it will be published.
You will be provided with one set of proofs for correction.
There are no fees for participating in the Festival.
9. Registration and Data Protection
When you submit your Work you will be asked to provide contact information and film details. These details will only be used by the Festival and never given to, or shared with, a third party.
10. Entry Fees
Submission to the Festival is only considered complete upon receipt of the appropriate Entry Fee.
Work submitted without the appropriate Entry Fee will not be considered.
The Entry Fee covers the cost of administration and the reviewing of each Work.
Fees: Poem, Flash Fiction £5; Short Story, Essay £15
8. Submission Agreement
Completion of the on-line entry form and payment assumes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of disagreement concerning the interpretation of the regulations, the interpretation of the Festival will take precedence.
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the submission being disqualified.
These regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
